The platform operates across Australia, Canada, and India, with region-specific voice agents optimised for local accents, languages, and healthcare workflows. Each agent connects to your existing calendar and practice systems to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Every call is transcribed and summarised in your dashboard, giving you complete visibility into patient interactions. Usage analytics help you understand call patterns, track appointment conversion rates, and manage your subscription effectively.
How It Works
NouxVoice is engineered on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure from leading service providers, ensuring the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance. When a patient calls, our intelligent voice pipeline captures speech, interprets intent through advanced AI models, and responds with natural-sounding synthesised speech — all in real time with sub-second latency. The entire system is designed for carrier-grade uptime with redundancy across every layer, so your clinic never misses a call.
The AI receptionist handles appointment requests end-to-end. When a patient asks to book, the agent checks real-time availability through your connected Google Calendar, offers available time slots, confirms the patient's preferred time, and creates the calendar event. Both the patient and your clinic receive confirmation.
Every call is transcribed in real time using speech-to-text technology. After the call ends, a structured summary is generated including the caller's request, outcome, and any follow-up actions. All transcripts are searchable from your dashboard and can be filtered by date, outcome, or patient.
NouxVoice tracks call volumes, durations, outcomes, and appointment conversion rates. Your dashboard provides daily and monthly breakdowns, peak hour analysis, and usage metrics against your plan limits. All data updates in real time as calls are processed.
API Documentation
Programmatic access to NouxVoice is planned for the Enterprise tier. The REST API will allow you to retrieve call records, manage appointments, query usage data, and integrate NouxVoice into your own applications and workflows. Contact us if you have specific API requirements.
Getting Started Guide
Sign Up
Complete the signup form with your clinic details. An administrator will review your application and approve your account, typically within one business day.
Configure Your Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar so the AI receptionist can check availability and book appointments on your behalf. Select which calendar to use and set your working hours.
Set Up Your Phone Number
Our team will provision a local phone number for your clinic or configure call forwarding from your existing number. We handle the telephony setup so you can focus on your practice.
Go Live
Once configured, your AI receptionist begins answering calls immediately. Monitor performance from your dashboard, review transcripts, and adjust settings as needed.
